We are now looking for a technician who will work with service and repair of our products. With us, you will be part of an exciting growth journey, and there are many opportunities for development within the company!
Responsibilities
In your role as a technician at Sportproffsen, you will work broadly with troubleshooting, repair, and customer support. You will work in Vallentuna together with your colleagues in customer service. Your responsibility as a technician is to handle the work orders that come in and plan the service work.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving
Coordinating service, repair, maintenance, and installation work on machines
Service, repair, and maintenance of our products
Assembly of exercise machines and e-bikes
Working with technical customer service issues
Providing technical support to customers, subcontractors, service personnel, and product specialists
Technical customer support by phone to assist customers remotely
To succeed in this role:
We prefer that you have worked in a similar role previously. You have good technical understanding and are skilled in mechanics. Since the role also largely involves technical support, you need to have good communication skills and be service-minded in your approach to work.
To succeed in the role, we preferably see that you have:
Experience from technical customer service or have worked as a service technician
Experience with mechanics and/or electronics
Experience with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair work
Driver's license (Category B)
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English

We offer a workplace in a rapidly growing company and a flexible workplace. The position is full-time and begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date by agreement, but we would appreciate it if you could start immediately.
