Customer Success Representative at Colabit in Gävle Colabit works with the sales and distribution of fuels to customers throughout Sweden. The company's headquarters is located in Gävle where several of our central functions are based. We are now seeking a Customer Success Representative (CSR) to join our team in Gävle. Here you will have a varied, customer-facing role where you actively work with our existing customers and contribute to building long-term customer relationships, excellent service, and continued business growth. About the Role As a Customer Success Representative, you are an important contact for our customers and work proactively to ensure they receive the service and follow-up they need. A large part of the role involves maintaining ongoing contact with existing customers, following up on their needs and orders, and identifying changes in their purchasing patterns. You work with both incoming customer inquiries and planned, outgoing customer contact. You work closely with other parts of our sales organization. Together, you ensure our customers receive the right support and that we capitalize on opportunities to develop customer relationships. The role also includes administrative tasks related to customer and sales work.
