Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Sales Specialist, you are the hub between customers, internal specialists, subcontractors, and the operations team. You are responsible for the entire order process—from customer contact through delivery and invoicing—and also manage important aspects of our coffee business in Gävle in close collaboration with colleagues in Antwerpen.
Your work includes, among other things:
- Following the customer's order from start to finish and being their primary point of contact.
- Coordinating information and communication between customers, internal departments, and external subcontractors.
- Ensuring that documentation, pricing, and deviations are handled correctly.
- Taking responsibility for invoicing, reporting, and follow-up.
- Contributing to improving our methods and supporting the team in an environment where we help each other.
