The role focuses primarily on hand-crafting desserts and pastries, with an emphasis on quality and careful preparation. Your main responsibilities will include: • Preparing and processing doughs, creams, and fillings according to established recipes • Manufacturing pastry products – cakes, pastries, slices, pies, desserts • Final finishing and aesthetic decoration of products • Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP) • Assistance with order completion and packaging • Maintenance of a clean work environment and equipment • Occasional production of custom cakes (weddings, celebrations, etc.) 🎂 With us, every work shift becomes a creative game with sweet results.
