We are looking for a skilled and reliable pastry chef for our hotel's pastry production department.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Independent preparation and production of pastry items
- Preparation, production, and decoration of cakes, desserts, and other pastry products according to hotel recipes
- Working with fresh ingredients
- Preparation of desserts for the hotel's breakfast and restaurant service
- Decorating cakes and desserts for the restaurant, banquets, or room service

- have formal training in pastry arts or have experience in the field. Formal training is preferred but not required
- are independent, responsible, careful, and have creativity and attention to detail
- possess teamwork abilities

- Work with flexible scheduling (weekend and holiday work included)
- Starting gross base salary of 29,600 Kč monthly. You will receive all statutory allowances. After the training period, you will receive personal compensation of up to 3,000 Kč monthly. We also pay special bonuses and quarterly bonuses. After training, you can expect to earn approximately 42,000 Kč net. Each year we increase salaries in accordance with the collective agreement
- After the probationary period, you are entitled to benefits: retirement savings contribution (currently 500 to 1,000 Kč monthly), meals in the hotel staff canteen currently for 10 Kč per dish, accommodation options and spa procedures at discounted employee rates limited to 12,000 Kč per year, free access to Saunia Thermal Resort with thermal water pool limited to 10,000 Kč per year, exchange recreation stays at discounted employee rates (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary), educational programs (foreign languages, professional development, knowledge expansion, work support), discounted access to selected cultural, social and sporting events, parking in hotel garages at discounted rates
