Perform advanced financial analysis of customer financial statements to assess their creditworthiness and financial stability o Evaluate and approve new customer credit risks requiring higher levels of approval or enhanced scrutiny o Set, approve, and adjust credit limits within higher delegated authorities o Evaluate and decide on non-standard commercial terms from a credit risk and compliance perspective o Take responsibility for managing credit risk on complex, high-value, or higher-risk customer accounts o Make credit decisions beyond standard Credit Operations authorities, including higher credit limits and increased risk profiles o Review and decide on orders blocked due to payment delays or credit limit exceedance o Approve or deny credit release based on detailed risk analysis and compliance with internal policies o Monitor customer exposure, payment behavior, and early risk indicators in complex portfolios Initiate risk mitigation measures on deteriorating accounts, including limit reductions, stricter terms, or account deactivation o Ensure all credit decisions, risk assessments, and approvals are properly documented and prepared for audit in accordance with SOX requirements o Conduct and approve annual credit reviews for higher-risk customers o Serve as an escalation point for complex credit cases from the Credit Operations department o Participate in credit management process improvement initiatives, including simplification, standardization, and automation of assessment and approval processes o Support the development of reporting, controls, and monitoring tools to improve visibility of credit exposure and risk o Special projects - automation, process transitions, etc. o Meal vouchers - CZK 150/day (employer contribution CZK 82) o Multisport card o Annual vacation allowance (Flexi pass - vouchers) of CZK 1,000 monthly (CZK 2,000 in December) o Monthly contribution to pension or life insurance or health care of CZK 2,000 (after 3 months of employment) o 5 weeks of vacation, which is 1 week in addition to statutory vacation entitlement under Czech labor law o 5 days of personal leave
