The Opportunity
As Country Immigration Advisor, you will be the organization's expert on immigration matters. You will ensure compliance with Swedish immigration legislation while contributing to a smooth and transparent employee experience.
You will work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, Payroll, Legal, Corporate Tax, and external partners. As the primary point of contact for immigration-related questions, you will provide advice to stakeholders, manage risks, develop policies and processes, and help the business navigate evolving regulations.

How You Will Make an Impact
Lead and take responsibility for immigration matters within Sweden.
Develop and maintain policies, processes, and guidelines in the immigration field.
Provide advice to and coordinate with HR, managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders on immigration matters.
Manage relationships with external suppliers and Swedish authorities.
Identify compliance risks and drive corrective actions.
Conduct training and communication initiatives for key stakeholders.
Prepare reports and updates for relevant stakeholders.
Your Background
Academic degree in HR/Personnel Science, Law, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
Experience working with Swedish immigration processes and regulations.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management.
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and external partners.
Fluent language skills in Swedish and English.
Ability to work independently and drive continuous improvement.
