What does the role offer?
As a production worker, you will get a stable and developmental position in a growing operation within the tobacco industry. Work is scheduled during daytime and takes place in a production environment where quality, accuracy, and collaboration are crucial for ensuring efficient production and high standards for our products.
Work Tasks:
Work at production lines and contribute to efficient production flow.
Perform quality controls to ensure that products meet the company's high quality standards.
Work actively with machinery and production equipment, including monitoring and handling of daily operations.

We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic and a desire to develop. You are thorough, humble, and take responsibility for both your own tasks and your work team's common goals.
The work involves varying physical tasks, which means you thrive in an active role and have good physical capacity. You are also comfortable working in a production environment where snus and nicotine products are handled.
Desirable Qualifications:
Experience from the food industry
Experience working at automated production lines
Experience as a machine operator
Able to work evening shift only
Forklift certification
Good collaboration skills and ability to work toward common goals
