About the Role
As a Controller with us, you work both operationally and with a development focus. You are responsible for financial follow-up, analysis, and reporting, while also driving improvements within finance processes, system support, and working methods.
We are facing rapid development in the finance area where automation, data-driven analysis, and new digital tools are becoming increasingly important. Therefore, we are looking for you who has the expertise and interest in how technology can streamline finance work and improve the quality of decision-making materials.
You work closely with the Finance Manager, management team, and operational managers and have an important role in developing our financial governance.
Main Responsibilities:
Analysis of results, profitability, costs, and key metrics
Budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up
Development of reporting and decision support
Streamlining of finance processes through system support and automation
Working with digitalization within the finance function
Preparing analyses and decision-making materials for management
Support to managers on financial matters
Developing models for follow-up and governance
Participating in improvement projects and organizational development
Ensuring quality in financial reporting
We Are Looking for Someone Who Has
Academic degree in economics or equivalent
Several years of experience with controller work or qualified finance work
Good understanding of finance systems and reporting tools
Experience in streamlining processes or working with system development within finance is a merit
Very good Excel skills
Interest in digitalization, data analysis, and new working methods
Very good Swedish spoken and written
