JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking an experienced controller who wants to take full responsibility for finances. As a controller you will: • Be responsible for budgets, forecasts, financial statements and follow-ups • Develop analyses and decision-making materials • Support and challenge managers on financial matters • Identify improvement opportunities and drive development. We believe you are: • Analytical, structured and curious • You like to understand what lies behind the numbers and see the connections between finances, operations and goals. You are confident in your expertise and can explain complex financial matters in a simple and pedagogical way. • You are also solution-oriented. QUALIFICATIONS What we're looking for: • You have an academic degree in economics and several years of experience in qualified financial work. You are experienced with budgets, forecasts, financial statements and follow-ups and thrive close to operations and managers. • As a person you are analytical, confident, humble and solution-oriented. You can make finances understandable, see the bigger picture and dare to challenge when needed. • Several years of experience in qualified financial work as an administrative economist/controller. • Experience in financial management within municipal operations or other relevant operations.
