Initial contact by email - Nikolai Nepomniashchi, email: [email protected] • Implement, review, and approve ERP solutions in accordance with the conceptual design and ensure their alignment with functional and non-functional requirements within projects and development activities. • Lead scoping and fit-to-standard workshops for projects and changes, propose solutions for key gaps, prepare effort estimates, and coordinate progress with business teams. • Define and prioritize SAP ERP product functionalities in collaboration with business subject matter experts. • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and provide customers with presentations and solution demonstrations as needed. • Actively monitor new features of ERP cloud solutions with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction and supporting continuous productivity improvements; initiate their implementation, align them with business needs, and ensure their successful rollout. • Coach and mentor less experienced team members within your assigned process area. • Provide customers with expert digital and technical consulting in an efficient and understandable manner. • Lead SAP ERP solution deliveries with emphasis on reusing existing solutions and standardization. • Perform additional tasks assigned by your direct manager that correspond to your professional skills, experience, and competencies.
