• Management of assigned customer account portfolio and active execution of collection-focused activities. • Customer contact via phone, email, and online meetings to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices. • Monitoring and management of overdue accounts, including ensuring appropriate follow-up actions. • Review and analysis of accounts receivable aging reports to identify collection priorities and potential risks. • Recording and management of customer payment commitments and payment schedule agreements. • Investigation of reasons for payment delays and collaboration with customers to resolve issues. • Collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, Credit, and Finance teams to remove obstacles to successful debt collection. • Preparation of regular reports on overdue receivables, collection performance, aging trends, and bad debt risk. • Support for bad debt review processes, write-offs, and escalation of collection cases as needed. • Maintenance of accurate documentation of collection activities, customer communications, complaints/disputes, and payment plans in company internal systems. • Participation in monthly accounts receivable closing activities and collection reporting. • Support for continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing overdue receivables and improving collection efficiency. • Compliance with company policies, internal control mechanisms, and financial processes. • Meal vouchers - 150 Kč/day (employer contribution 82 Kč) • Multisport card • Annual vacation allowance (Flexi pass - vouchers) of 1000 Kč monthly (2000 Kč in December) • Monthly contribution to pension or life insurance or healthcare of 2,000 Kč (after 3 months from start date) • 5 weeks of vacation, which is 1 week in addition to the statutory entitlement under Czech labor law • 5 days of personal time off
