First contact by email A Receivables Collection Specialist is responsible for collecting unpaid receivables from existing clients and all other aspects of collections, resolving customer billing issues and reducing overdue receivables. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and track open accounts for receivables collection • Conduct collection calls to recover receivables • Send correspondence to customers to encourage payment of overdue receivables • Negotiate disputes with customers until resolution and document their cause • Provide customer service and develop relationships with internal/external customers and suppliers • Maintain accurate records of receivables collection • Identify issues related to account overdue payments • Participate in process improvement projects • Ensure timely follow-up of payment arrangements Requirements: • Degree/qualification in Finance or Business Administration • Fluent French language skills in speaking and writing, communicative knowledge of English • Effective business writing and professional communication skills • Advantage: 1-2 years of experience in collections/finance/customer service • Knowledge/experience in receivables collection is an advantage • Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability and analytical skills, attention to detail Employer consent to employee card
