About the Customer Company

Råda Industries is a complete partner in metal processing and is now seeking an experienced CNC technician/CAM programmer who wants to take a key responsibility in their cutting operations department.

Your Responsibilities
You'll be the primary responsible person for CAM programming for their Mazak machines and a key person in the department. The role combines programming at the computer with hands-on work at the machines – you're equally at home in the CAM environment as on the shop floor.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
- Develop and optimize CAM programs in Edgecam for ready-to-run production on Mazak machines
- Select machining strategy, cutting data, and tools based on part and material
- Read and interpret technical drawings with tight tolerances
- Ensure that the first part meets specifications – quality assurance from programming to finished part
- Work directly with the machines during setup, troubleshooting, and verification
- Contribute to improvement work in programming and production flow
- Participate in discussions about which new machines should be purchased
Their machine park in cutting operations:
- Mazak HCN-4000 – horizontal machining center
- Mazak QT-250MSY – multi-function lathe with milling function, Y-axis, and counterspindle
Your Profile
They believe you'll thrive in a technical environment where precision, professional pride, and a solution-oriented way of thinking are natural parts of everyday work. You have solid experience in CNC machining and CAM programming and enjoy taking responsibility for your part of the production.
