About the Position
Would you like to work with modern CNC machining in an operation where quality, precision, and technical expertise are at the forefront? We are now seeking a CNC technician who wants to take significant responsibility and be involved throughout the entire manufacturing process.
In this role, you will work with everything from programming, preparation and setup to machining, quality control, and documentation. You are responsible for the components you manufacture and follow them through the entire process, which gives you a varied and developmental day where you have the opportunity to influence both work methods and results.
Production includes advanced CNC milling, turning, precision mechanics, prototype manufacturing, and series production. You will work in a modern production environment with multi-axis CNC machines and 5-axis machining as well as CAD/CAM-based programming.
The work involves close collaboration with customers and colleagues where you together develop the best solutions for each project. Therefore, we are looking for someone who enjoys customer contact, has a solution-oriented work approach, and appreciates working in an environment where quality always comes before shortcuts.
Your Profile
We are looking for you who have:
- Experience with CNC machining and machine setup in both milling and turning
- Experience with programming in CAD/CAM environment
- Experience with CAM programming and production preparation
- Knowledge of multi-axis and 5-axis machining
- Experience with process and quality control
- Knowledge of measurement techniques, documentation, and quality assurance
- Experience with batch documentation and traceability
- Experience with machining aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and technical plastics
- Experience with prototype manufacturing and shorter production series
