Do you want to work in a varied role where modern CNC machining is combined with traditional craftsmanship? KZ Handels is now seeking an experienced and meticulous CNC turner for our operations. About the Position As a CNC turner at KZ Handels, you will work with manufacturing and machining of components in our workshop. The work consists mainly of CNC turning, but manual turning may also occur. You will work with both recurring production and more varied tasks, which means we're looking for someone who is solution-oriented and enjoys taking responsibility for the entire process – from drawing to finished component. Responsibilities CNC turning and machining of components Setup, tool changes, and adjustment of machines Programming and/or correction of CNC programs Manual turning as needed Blueprint reading and working to tolerances Measurement and quality control of manufactured components Ongoing maintenance and care of machines and equipment Actively contribute to improvements in the workshop and our working methods Who We're Looking For We're seeking someone with experience in CNC turning who is comfortable working independently. You are meticulous, quality-conscious, and enjoy solving technical problems. We would like it if you: Have previous experience with CNC turning Can read and understand technical drawings Have good understanding of measurement techniques and tolerances Have experience setting up and adjusting CNC machines Have experience with manual turning or are interested in working with this as well Are practically minded and have a technical interest Take responsibility for the quality of your work Experience with programming is a plus.
