Do you want to work on modern CNC machines and participate in manufacturing parts that fly around the world? At Honeywell Aerospace, we manufacture components for aircraft engines from Airbus, Boeing, and Bombardier. We work with high-tech materials, precise procedures, and technologies that are not common in every company. We are looking for CNC operators who want stable work, a clean environment, and opportunities for growth. What you will do: - Operation of CNC machining equipment - Reading technical documentation and working with measuring instruments - Quality control and adherence to technological procedures What we need from you: - Education in mechanical engineering (mechanic, setup technician, metal machinist) or relevant machining experience - Basic knowledge of control systems Heidenhain / Sinumerik / Fanuc - Knowledge of measurement and technical documentation - Willingness to work in continuous operation (short/long week shifts) What we offer you: Salary and bonuses - Annual salary increases - Supplements: afternoon +10%, night +17%, overtime up to +50% - Performance bonus up to 6,000 Kč/month Benefits you will appreciate - Transportation allowance up to 106 Kč/day - Contribution to pension or investment product up to 3% of salary - Benefit+ program 5,000 Kč/year - Free accommodation for the first 6 months - Subsidized meals (lunches from 49 Kč) + free coffee - Free physical therapy directly at the workplace - Company events for employees and their families Want to take a look first?
