CNC Programmer / Machine Operator for Processing Center (HOMAG Venture) Our MISTRY MONT team is looking for an experienced and independent colleague for the position of CNC programmer / operator for wood processing machinery. If you can bring technical drawings to life, enjoy modern HOMAG technology, and want to have full control over the entire process from programming to finished product, we're looking for you! What will your responsibilities be? -Independent programming and preparation of machining programs in Sheetcam, Alphacam, CAD software (Draftsight, AutoCAD, Solid Edge). -Complete setup and operation of a 3/4-axis CNC machining center HOMAG Venture. -Optimization of cutting plans and milling/drilling procedures with regard to efficiency and material. -Loading sheet material, managing and replacing tools in the machine tool changer. -Quality control of finished parts according to technical documentation and troubleshooting any program errors. What do we expect from you? -Secondary technical education (carpentry, machining, or related field). -Proven experience with CNC machine programming (experience with this system is a key advantage). -Excellent ability to read technical drawings and spatial visualization skills. -Technical thinking, independence in problem-solving, and high precision. -Responsibility for the assigned machine and quality of outputs.
