About the Client Company Do you have experience with CNC-controlled machines and are looking for a developing role with varied tasks? We are now seeking an engaged CNC operator for our client company near Borås. Responsibilities As a CNC operator, you will: • Monitor the machine and ensure that production runs smoothly. • Set up, program, and change tools • Load material and perform control measurements. • Work with various types of mills, lathes, and grinding machines Work hours are scheduled in two shifts with a start date to be agreed upon. Background and Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is thorough and quality-conscious and who takes responsibility for their work. You work in a structured manner with a good ability to plan and prioritize. You have a desire to develop and contribute to improvements, feel comfortable both collaborating and working independently, and deliver high-quality results. To succeed in the role of CNC operator with our client, we would like to see that you: Requirements: • Have training and/or industrial experience with CNC-controlled machines. • Are experienced in programming and setting up machines. • Have good knowledge of blueprint reading and measurement techniques. • Have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. • Have a driver's license and access to a car. Merits: • Experience with quality controls and work according to set tolerances. • Experience with measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometer, etc. • Knowledge of processing brass and/or steel.
