About the Client Company Do you have experience with CNC-controlled machinery and are looking for a dynamic role with varied tasks? We are now recruiting an engaged CNC operator for our client company near Borås. Responsibilities As a CNC operator, you will: • Monitor machines and ensure that production runs smoothly. • Set up, program, and change tools • Load materials and perform control measurements. • Work with various types of milling machines, lathes, and grinding machines Working hours are scheduled in two shifts with a start time to be agreed upon. Background and Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and quality-conscious and who takes responsibility for your work. You work in a structured manner with a good ability to plan and prioritize. You have a desire to develop and contribute to improvements, enjoy working both collaboratively and independently, and deliver high-quality results. To succeed in the CNC operator role at our client, we would like to see that you: Requirements: • Have training and/or industrial experience with CNC-controlled machinery. • Are experienced in programming and setting up machines. • Have good knowledge of blueprint reading and measurement techniques. • Have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. • Have a driver's license and access to a car. Meritorious: • Experience with quality controls and working according to set tolerances. • Experience with measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, etc. • Knowledge of processing brass and/or steel.
