About the Position We are now seeking experienced CNC operators for a permanent night shift position with our client. You will work with cutting operations in a modern and highly automated manufacturing environment where quality, precision, and efficient production are paramount. Our client is looking for someone who wants to work long-term and develop alongside the business. The assignment is initially a contract position via Ikett with excellent opportunities to transition to direct employment with the client after 6 months. About the Role As a CNC operator, you will work with cutting operations in production consisting largely of recurring parts in small series. The work involves setting up, rigging, and running CNC machines as well as changing and adjusting programs and tools as needed. You are responsible for measuring, quality control, and ensuring stable and efficient production. Production is organized in cells where operators often run multiple machines simultaneously. The work is characterized by frequent changeovers and varying parts, which requires technical understanding and the ability to quickly adapt to new runs. This role is suited for you if you thrive on taking responsibility and working independently in your daily work. Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience in CNC machining who feels comfortable working independently in a manufacturing environment. You have a good understanding of blueprint reading, measurement, and machine setup, and are accustomed to working in a structured manner with a focus on quality and operational reliability. Programming experience is an advantage but not required. Requirements • At least 2–3 years of experience with cutting operations (turning and/or milling) • Good proficiency with blueprint reading and measurement • Valid forklift certification • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written Desirable • Experience with machine cells • CNC programming experience • Truck license (reach truck or counterbalance) Working Hours: Night shift, 4 nights per week (Sunday–Thursday) Start Date: By agreement The assignment is initially a contract position via Ikett with excellent opportunities to transition to direct employment with the client after 6 months.
