We are looking for someone with experience in CNC machining who thrives in a practical production environment where quality, precision, and responsibility are important. In this role, you will work with CNC-controlled machines and follow production from setup to finished component. You will work from drawings and given specifications and ensure that what is produced meets the right quality standards. The position also involves close collaboration with other production team members. Your responsibilities Prepare, set up, and operate CNC machines Work from drawings, work instructions, and production documentation Measure and inspect finished components Make simple corrections and adjustments to machine programs Monitor production and ensure quality requirements are met Contribute to a well-organized workplace and provide improvement suggestions Your background/Your qualities We would like you to have previous experience with CNC machining or similar work within industry. You need to be able to read technical drawings and have a good understanding of various types of measurement and quality control. If you have previously worked with programming or independent machine setup, that is a merit, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and willingness to develop.
