Your Assignment
As a CNC operator, you're responsible for ensuring production runs efficiently, maintains the right quality, and is delivered on schedule.
You will:
Set up, rig, and operate CNC machines, primarily lathes and multi-operation machines.
Manufacture parts according to drawings, order documents, and quality requirements.
Measure and inspect manufactured parts.
Handle deviations and report in the MPS system.
Contribute to order, safety, and improvements in production.
Work takes place in Kramfors and is primarily scheduled for daytime hours 06:45–15:45 with the possibility of flex time. Two-shift work may become relevant.
What You Need
Knowledge in blueprint reading.
Experience using measuring tools.
Experience in industrial production, workshop, or similar work.
Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
Swedish is the working language. You need to be able to understand instructions, communicate with colleagues, and handle documentation in Swedish.
What's an Advantage
CNC training or experience with CNC machining.
Knowledge of CNC programming.
Good computer skills, preferably with CAD experience.
Experience from quality-controlled industries such as the automotive industry.
To succeed in this role, you work methodically, check your work, and respond to deviations. You take responsibility, keep your workspace organized, and enjoy collaborating with others.
