CNC Operator – Varied Production with Development Opportunities Are you a CNC operator who enjoys variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to grow? Then this could be your next step. We are now seeking a CNC operator for a modern production facility where you'll work with varied components and use your experience in daily operations. Your Tasks In this role, you'll primarily work with an Okuma lathe. Production is characterized by variety rather than long production runs, which means versatile work where you'll have the opportunity to use and develop your CNC skills. Your tasks will include: Setting up and monitoring the CNC machine Making adjustments to existing programs Performing quality control measurements and ensuring correct quality Changing tools Performing basic machine maintenance For the right candidate, there is potential to develop further with internal training and independently program in the future. The position involves shift work. We Are Looking for Someone Who Has experience working as a CNC operator and feels comfortable in a manufacturing industrial environment. As a person, we believe you are responsible, thorough, and quality-conscious. You have your own drive and enjoy learning new things and developing in your work. It is an advantage if you have Experience with Okuma machines Forklift certification Traverskort certification The Position For someone with good experience, this position is available as direct recruitment to the company.
