CNC Operator / Production Technician

We work with both large and small customers in sectors such as: electrical applications (high and low voltage), trucks, buses, trains, train signaling systems, cars, other vehicles, defense and welding industry, lamp housings, pump housings, kitchen equipment, medical, water treatment, dehumidification and air purification, etc. About the Role Are you a sharp CNC expert who wants to work with modern machines, smart processes and have the opportunity to make an impact? We're looking for someone who wants to take a central role in our production and help drive development forward! The position starts with training/onboarding on the morning shift before transitioning to evening or night shift. Your Responsibilities As a CNC operator with us, you will: Analyze and evaluate machining methods to choose effective and cost-efficient solutions. Create, optimize and fine-tune CNC programs for both lathes and milling machines. Interpret customer needs and translate them into technical requirements. Plan production for optimal resource utilization and ensure on-time delivery. Perform quality inspections and drive improvement measures. Work closely with an experienced and competent technician team. We're Looking for Someone Who Has At least 5 years of experience as a production technician/CNC operator – preferably in turning and milling. Experience in highly automated production environments. Good blueprint reading skills and experience with ISO programming is a requirement. Strong communication skills and a natural aptitude for teamwork. Drive, commitment and willingness to improve processes and results. Shift work may be required in this position. Training occurs during daytime hours.
