About the Position
You will work with CNC-controlled machines where you will carefully prepare and monitor the machine you are responsible for. You will work in a team together with knowledgeable colleagues and become an important part in ensuring the work runs as smoothly as possible. The client works with several different control systems and the business system is Monitor. The main tasks of the position include:
Turning, re-rigging/changeover between new and existing articles, and monitoring of the company's CNC machines
Analyzing and evaluating measurement results
Reporting of completed work
Performing daily maintenance and servicing of machines/equipment, changing tools
As a consultant with us, you will have a consultant manager available to you who is responsible for your assignment, ensuring you are satisfied and that you develop in your professional role. You will also have a responsible manager on-site at PartnerTech who will assist you in your daily work.

Our production facilities are located in Karlskoga and Filipstad and consist of approximately 85 CNC-controlled machining machines with up to 15 axes. Our facilities also include modern equipment for non-destructive testing and optical measurement. We continuously challenge ourselves to develop and live in a world where changes are seen as improvements.
We deliver products primarily to the defense industry, but also within the energy sector and automotive industry, which places high demands on us as a supplier. We are certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
We are today a medium-sized company that has already completed the first part of our growth journey. We know what it takes and have invested significantly in recent years.
About You
We are looking for someone with CNC training and several years of professional experience in the field. You should have experience working with computers and good knowledge of the Swedish language. We are looking for someone who is responsible and organized with great commitment to prioritizing tasks. You are driven by good results, are quality-conscious, and thorough.
Formal Qualifications
Class B driver's license
Education within the CNC field
Knowledge of the Swedish language in order to read and understand instructions and safety regulations
The position involves work that contains defense secrecy and requires Swedish citizenship. If you have dual citizenship, this must be stated in your application.
