CNC Operator
We are seeking a CNC Operator who wants to become part of our growing team! You'll have the opportunity to help manufacture many different types of stone solutions!
Job Responsibilities:
Program CNC machines based on drawings and CAD documentation.
Prepare and set up the machine for production – tools, parameters, zero points, and material.
Load and secure stone material on the machine table.
Mill and shape items such as countertops, sinks, edges, recesses, and details.
Drill holes and create recesses for faucets, drains, electrical outlets, fittings, etc.
Cut out details according to drawings and optimize placement on the slab.
Measure finished details and ensure dimensions are correct.
Quality control of both material and finished products.
Change and maintain tools, such as mills, drills, and grinding wheels.
Basic troubleshooting and daily maintenance of the CNC machine.
Collaborate with measurement, production, and assembly to ensure details are correct from the start.
Work with various materials such as granite, marble, quartzite, limestone, quartz composite, and ceramic materials.
Important Qualities:
Meticulous, technically interested, problem-solving, responsible, and experienced in reading drawings.
Experience with CNC, CAD/CAM, or stone processing is a merit.
Qualifications
Documented experience with CNC
Familiarity with machinery and tools for sawing, grinding, and polishing.
Meticulousness and an eye for finish and detail quality.
Ability to work independently and solve problems.
Class B driver's license is a merit but not required.
