Main Responsibilities Our production with short series runs requires competent personnel who can operate in a machine shop where we quickly changeover between different products. We use Haas control systems with CAD/CAM preparation Fusion 360. Qualifications You will work independently with setup and programming. Since our manufacturing involves short series runs, the work is varied and on some days tool changes may occur several times during your shift. We are looking for someone with training and solid experience in CNC machining who is ready to take the next step in their career. We see that you will contribute to the team's development through broad milling expertise. You must be able to read and understand drawings and be skilled at setting up complex jobs in the milling machine. You should also have experience with small-batch manufacturing and have good knowledge of measuring techniques and familiarity with geometric tolerancing. Beyond your previous knowledge and experience, we will place great emphasis on your personal suitability. As a person, you should be thorough, take initiative, have collaboration skills, and enjoy continuous improvement work. Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement; if you also speak English, that is a merit. The position is a permanent full-time employment that begins with a probationary fixed-term contract.
