About the position

Our client is a well-established industrial company with extensive experience in manufacturing and machining advanced components for Swedish industry. The company works with everything from advanced CNC milling and turning to various forms of cutting operations and manufacturing of custom-made components. With a broad range of machinery and experienced staff, both small and medium-sized parts are handled in a varied production with high demands for precision and delivery reliability.
As a CNC operator, you will work with CNC-controlled milling machines and CNC-controlled turning machines where you are responsible for machine setup, rigging, programming, and machining of components according to drawings. You will also perform quality inspections, carry out measurements, and ensure that products meet customers' high standards. The work is varied and includes both one-off manufacturing and smaller series, which requires technical expertise, precision, and problem-solving ability.
Your profile
We are looking for you who:
- Have experience with CNC machining and machine setup.
- Have good knowledge of blueprint reading and measurement techniques.
- Have an understanding of cutting operations and manufacturing processes.
- Work independently and take responsibility for the entire machining process.
- Have a strong technical interest and a desire to develop within your profession.
- Are thorough, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented.
- Enjoy varied tasks and technical challenges.
- Contribute to good teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Have experience with CAD/CAM programming, multi-axis machining, programming directly in the machine, production preparation, or work within contract manufacturing, which is considered advantageous.
