Are you a meticulous and technically minded person with experience in CNC-controlled production? If so, this could be an interesting opportunity for you. As a CNC Operator, you will become an important part of daily production. You will set up and operate machines while ensuring that manufacturing is carried out according to drawings and established quality standards. The role suits you if you enjoy practical work while also having an eye for detail. Your Responsibilities Prepare and set up CNC machines for production Operate machines and monitor production continuously Interpret technical drawings and work instructions Measure and inspect manufactured components Ensure that products meet specified tolerances and quality requirements Make minor adjustments and corrections to existing programs Work actively for safe, organized, and efficient production Your Background/Your Qualities For you to thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you have previous experience with CNC machines, or alternatively other relevant experience from the workshop or manufacturing industry. You are comfortable reading drawings and using various types of measuring tools. If you have programming knowledge or experience in independently setting up machines, we see this as an added merit. We also place great emphasis on your personal qualities. You are meticulous in your work, take responsibility for your tasks, and have a natural focus on quality. You work well with others, but can also work independently when the situation requires it.
