Do you love real precision, machines that deliver, and details that are spot-on? This could be for you. We're looking for CNC operators who take charge of both the machine and the results – from the first cut to the final measurement.
You'll enter an environment where technology meets problem-solving, quality meets pace, and "good enough" simply isn't part of our vocabulary.
Do you have a feel for CNC? Then the next chapter might be worth exploring with us at Lernia.
About the Role
As a CNC operator, you'll play a key role in production where technology, precision, and problem-solving are central. You'll set up and run CNC machines, work from drawings, and ensure that details meet high quality standards – from the first cut to the final inspection.
Here, you won't just use what you already know; you'll also have the opportunity to learn more, broaden your skills, and grow in your role. If you enjoy developing yourself, taking responsibility, and becoming even sharper at CNC, there's plenty of room to do exactly that.
About You
Formal Qualifications
We're looking for someone with CNC training or experience operating CNC-controlled machines and performing control measurements. You hold a valid driver's license (B category), have access to a car, and are comfortable working both day and evening shifts.
As a person, you're thorough, organized, and like to stay on top of things. You plan your work, take responsibility for your tasks, and ensure quality – even when the pace picks up.
Meritorious
It's a plus if you have vocational training in mechanical engineering with a CNC focus or equivalent work experience, as well as welding skills. Experience working at a high pace and knowledge of machine work from previous employment are also major advantages. Positive energy that rubs off on those around you and a strong ability to collaborate with the team will make you an even more attractive candidate for this role.
As One of Us
As a staffing consultant with us, you'll always receive competitive wages, vacation, pension contributions, insurance, and membership in our collective agreement. We want you to thrive with us, so naturally we offer our consultants wellness benefits and occupational health services. During your employment, you'll have a consultant manager who is responsible for your assignment, ensures you're satisfied at your workplace, supports you, and develops you in your professional role.
