We're looking for a senior miller who can independently set up the machine, monitor tolerances, and deliver finished work. What You'll Do • Independently read technical documentation and convert it into production • Select work procedures, tools, and cutting conditions • Set up milling machines (conventional and CNC) • Clamp and align workpieces • Maintain required tolerances • Continuously monitor production using measuring tools (calipers, micrometer, bore gauge, etc.) • Perform basic machine maintenance • Record technical production data Senior for Us Means: - Independence - Responsibility for quality - Ability to work without constant supervision Who You'll Work With • A stable team of experienced machinists • Production where individual operations flow into each other • Room for process improvement - a good idea won't gather dust What We Need From You • Machining experience - ideally several years of experience on a CNC mill • Excellent understanding of technical drawings • Experience setting up machines and selecting tools • Ability to work with measuring tools and maintain precise tolerances • Reliability - others depend on your work Commute Allowance: 3 Kč/km. Meal Allowance: 120 Kč/day. Holiday Bonus: 6,500 Kč/year.
