Your Responsibilities • Provide support to clients in their day-to-day use of Clearstream Banking products and services. • Investigate, monitor, record, and resolve any inquiries (client inquiries are received by phone or email). Your Profile • Higher education in finance, economics, IT, or equivalent education with professional experience. • Personal skills: High level of responsibility and results orientation. Strong personality, focused on results and success. Not afraid of constant change, seeking personal and professional challenges. • Analytical skills: High ability to solve problems with developed analytical skills and thorough understanding of process flows; ability to address both known and unknown issues through good conceptual thinking, organizational and communication abilities, and strong learning/development potential. • Interpersonal skills: Mature service orientation with excellent phone representation, high communication skills, and strong ability to work in a team, in a constantly changing and potentially stressful environment, with direct client contact and potential financial impact. • Flexibility to occasionally travel to other Deutsche Börse locations (Frankfurt/Luxembourg). • Fluent English, German advantageous
