Initial contact by email - Horáčková Michaela, email: [email protected] Tasks/Responsibilities: o Monitoring, verifying, and processing incoming internal/external requests (signature verification, account opening, documentation validation) o Verifying the accuracy and completeness of requests and providing feedback o Regularly providing information on achieved results to Governance Hub o Supporting Governance Hub in conducting system testing o Collecting and storing customer documentation Qualifications/Required Skills: o Strong organizational skills and solution-oriented approach, focus, attention to detail, ability to multitask o Ability to work independently and in a team in a diverse and international environment o Adaptability and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment o Experience with SAP systems (ERP, CRM, S4, Fiori), account management and archiving tools are a plus o Very good command of English language, both written and spoken
