We are looking for a reliable and friendly colleague to join our hotel restaurant team as a server/waitstaff member.
Your responsibilities will include complete service of hotel guests in a modern hotel restaurant (simple service - buffet style). Table preparation and cleaning. Ensuring guest satisfaction. Cooperation with the kitchen and other team members.
Apply if you:
- have completed training in the field or have experience in gastronomy or hospitality operations. Experience in hotel restaurants is an advantage, not a requirement,
- are reliable, careful, responsible, and flexible,
- are independent and have the ability to work as part of a team,
- communicate in English, Russian (or German),
- have a positive attitude and motivation to work.
We are happy to offer you:
- a modern work environment and stable employment in a spa hotel in the city center,
- a full-time employment contract for an indefinite period,
- work with unevenly distributed working hours (weekend and holiday work, split shifts),
- a starting gross base salary of 28,000 Kč per month. You are entitled to all statutory supplements. After the onboarding period, you will receive personal compensation of up to 2,500 Kč per month. We also pay special bonuses and quarterly bonuses. On average, after the onboarding period you will earn up to around 40,000 Kč net. Each year we increase salaries in accordance with the collective agreement,
- after the trial period, you are also entitled to benefits: contribution to retirement savings (currently 500 to 1,000 Kč per month), meals in the hotel staff canteen currently for 10 Kč per meal, accommodation and spa procedures at discounted employee rates limited to 12,000 Kč per year, free access to Saunia Thermal Resort with thermal water pool limited to 10,000 Kč per year, exchange recreational stays at discounted employee rates (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary), educational program (foreign languages, professional development, knowledge expansion, work support), discounted admission to selected cultural, social and sporting events; parking in hotel garages at discounted rates.
