Knowledge transforms. Responsibilities: • Teaching, preparation, planning, and follow-up. Participate in development work as agreed • Quality assurance by gathering expectations before the course and evaluations after course completion • Participant contact between lessons related to course content, such as preparation or homework Qualifications: Circle instructors at Folkuniversitetet must have: • Pedagogical experience • Subject expertise/professional experience in the subject • Experience with and active interest in adult education preferred • Basic IT skills Your language proficiency in the teaching language should be equivalent to that of a native speaker, and we welcome relevant academic qualifications. Desirable personal qualities include the ability to work independently as well as in a group, strong social skills, good initiative, a positive attitude toward change and development, and an ethical approach. Folkuniversitetet in Södertälje-Sörmland operates open language courses. We continuously develop our course offerings and would like to hear from you if you can work with adult education in circle format, a few hours per week in the evening, teaching French.
