Childcare Assistant for Daycare Group (M/F)

Centrum EduKidz daycare group in Rudná u Prahy is looking for a childcare assistant for a daycare group with a possible start date from September 2026, or by agreement with training and start from October 2026. You will primarily care for children ages 1–3 years. Your responsibilities include daily childcare, ensuring their safety, supporting their independence and development, assisting with self-care, feeding and hygiene, and preparing and implementing various educational, creative, and physical activities. We are looking for a reliable, patient, and creative person who has a positive relationship with children and can create a pleasant and safe environment. Prior experience with childcare, especially with children ages 1–3, is advantageous but not required. A professional qualification/education enabling you to work as a caregiver in a daycare group under Act No. 247/2014 Coll. is required. Salary from 29 000 Kč gross per month; the specific salary amount depends on your education, professional qualifications, and previous experience. We also offer bonuses.
