We are seeking an engaged leader who wants to take responsibility for and develop a team of economists in an operation facing continued development and change. This is a role for someone who believes that leadership is just as important as finance. You are motivated by creating engagement, building secure teams, and helping people develop and perform together. About the Role As a Finance Manager, you are responsible for leading the team in daily work, developing work methods and processes, and ensuring that the finance function provides professional support to the operation. You work closely with management and operations, and serve as a natural sounding board for both operational and strategic matters.
