It is a role for someone who wants to influence, develop, and drive the business forward. About the Role As CFO, you work closely with the CEO, management, board, and owner. You are responsible for ensuring strong financial management while being a crucial part of the business's continued development. We expect you to challenge, bring new perspectives, and contribute ideas on how we can develop the business, improve profitability, and seize new business opportunities. Your main areas of responsibility include: Overall responsibility for accounting, bookkeeping, finance, and reporting Budget, forecast, and follow-up work Ensure high quality in monthly and annual financial statements Responsibility for liquidity, cash flow, and working capital Develop analyses and decision-making materials for management and board Responsibility for bank relationships and external financial contacts Contact with auditors Develop processes, systems, and working methods within the finance function Contribute to business development, profitability improvements, and future growth initiatives Who Are You? We believe you currently work as a CFO, Finance Manager, or in another senior finance role where you combine business understanding with strong financial responsibility. You have experience from retail, e-commerce, or other trade-driven operations and are accustomed to working in companies with revenue from 500 MSEK and upwards. You feel confident in accounting and bookkeeping, have good understanding of cash flow, working capital, and inventory-related issues. We would like to see that you have experience from change-intensive operations. Perhaps you have been part of a growth journey, a transformation, or developed processes, systems, and working methods as the business evolved. Experience with Business Central is a merit, and if you have been involved in the implementation or development of business systems, we see that as a major plus. As a person, you are business-driven, proactive, and action-oriented. You bring ideas, see opportunities, and drive improvements. At the same time, you are thorough, structured, and quality-conscious. You have high integrity in your work and ensure that details are right, without losing focus on the bigger picture and the business.
