Build the finance function of the future in an international group

Now we are seeking a business-driven CFO who wants to take full responsibility for the finance function in two market-leading tech companies with an international owner. Here you will have a key role where you combine strategic business support with operational development and become an important partner to the CEO, management team, and group.
This is a role for someone driven by change, structure, and business development.
A high-impact assignment
As CFO, you will be responsible for the finances of two operations within the same group.
Your assignment will be to develop a modern, business-oriented finance function that provides the business with better decision-making support, higher efficiency, and increased profitability.
You will, among other things:
develop the finance function and create common working methods
manage the budget, forecast, and business planning process
develop reporting, KPIs, and decision support
lead digitalization and automation of finance processes
analyze profitability, investments, production, and cash flow
be close business support to the two companies' CEOs and management teams
responsibility for reporting to the group's headquarters in Germany.
Who are you?
We believe you are an experienced leader who thrives in change and who enjoys combining strategy with execution.
You likely have:
academic education in economics or finance
experience as CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent
experience from an international group environment
good understanding of sales, production, inventory, cash flow, and business management
experience with ERP, BI, and reporting systems
a strong interest in digitalization and business development
fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Experience with German organizations and SAP is a plus.
As a person, you are analytical, structured, and confident in a leadership role. You find it easy to translate figures into business insights and build trust through a clear and unpretentious approach.
Location: Falkenberg and Gothenburg.
