From: 7/9/2026 Main Activities and Responsibilities: - cost estimation of construction contracts in budgeting software - preparation of documentation and estimates for tenders and related administrative tasks - participation in site inspections for individual tenders - compilation of measurement reports according to project documentation - planning and conducting tenders for suppliers of construction parts/materials and evaluating bids - identifying suitable suppliers for tenders - preparation of purchase orders and documentation for contract execution - communication and coordination of projects with site managers - maintenance of records and price databases. What Knowledge and Skills Should You Have? - minimum secondary education in construction with diploma - familiarity with project documentation - minimum 2 years of experience in the field - knowledge of CALLIDA, KARAT, KROS systems – advantageous - driver's license category B - attention to detail, independence, reliability, time flexibility.
