Then we have the perfect position for you! We at SMT Logistics are an established trucking company that is expanding. To meet our increased order volume, we are now seeking several experienced, organized, and self-directed CE drivers. About the role and your work week Your base is Arendal port (the heart of Gothenburg Port). From here, you pick up standardized shipping containers and flatbed trailers that you deliver to business customers and terminals. Drives are mainly within Västra Götaland, but routes to other parts of Sweden occur regularly. International routes can also come up, and then it's typically Oslo. Once the goods are unloaded and loaded, you roll back to the port, or you take on new drives during the day if it's a shorter assignment. Working hours: Work is normally scheduled from Sunday afternoon/evening to Friday afternoon. Overnighting: On longer assignments and routes, overnight stays in the truck occur, so you should be comfortable with that arrangement. Who are you? You ensure that your truck and trailer are always in top condition and you have a professional and service-oriented attitude toward our customers. Requirements for the position: CE driver's license & Valid ADR Digital tachograph card Good language skills in Swedish or English (spoken and written) Solid professional experience on the road Strongly meriting (not required, but a big plus): Experience with shipping containers, chassis, and trailer changes.
