About the Job
As a café staff member in our staffing pool, you'll work in cafés where quality, customer service, and overall impression are in focus. You're an important part of the guest experience and are responsible for maintaining the standards the brand is known for.
Your tasks will be varied and may include:
Preparing and presenting the café's selection in an appealing way
Making coffee and espresso drinks (on-the-job training provided)
Handling the cash register and serving guests with high service standards
Keeping the café organized and ensuring everything runs smoothly
This is a job for someone who enjoys varying pace and thrives on solving problems on the fly. You need to be able to prioritize, work structured, and provide professional and warm customer service.
