About the Job
As a café staff member in our staffing pool, you'll work in cafés where quality, customer service, and overall impression are the focus. You play an important role in our guests' experience and are responsible for maintaining the standards the brand is known for.
Your tasks are varied and may include:
Preparing and presenting the café's selection in an appealing way
Making coffee and espresso drinks (on-the-job training provided)
Handling the register and greeting guests with excellent service
Keeping the café organized and ensuring everything runs smoothly
This is a job for you if you enjoy a varying pace and thrive on solving things on the spot. You need to be able to prioritize, work systematically, and provide professional and warm customer service.
