Then you might be exactly who we're looking for! About the Position As Café Manager, you play an important role in the daily operations of our café. You work both independently and with colleagues, take initiative, and ensure that our guests receive a warm welcome and a truly great experience. Work days are varied and the pace can sometimes be high. Therefore, we're looking for someone who is good at prioritizing, finding solutions, and juggling multiple tasks – while maintaining a sense of service and quality. We're looking for you if you: - Are service-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused. - Enjoy varied work and periodic high-pressure periods. - Can plan, prioritize, and work independently. - Have strong Swedish language skills in both speech and writing – this is a requirement for the position. - Are at least 20 years old, as the position includes responsibility related to alcohol service in accordance with applicable regulations and licensing conditions. - Have an interest in baking and preferably also cooking. - Have experience from a café, restaurant, or similar business – this is meritorious, but the right person and attitude are equally important. Working Hours The position includes a minimum of 30 hours per week (75%). Evening and weekend work occurs regularly as our operations also include events and other arrangements.
