Building Materials Sales Associate - Vansbro Handelsgruppen Bygg & Järn operates seven stores within Sweden's largest building materials and hardware chain BOLIST in the locations Idre, Sälen, Malung, Vansbro, Leksand, Hällefors and Ekshärad. Together we have approximately 60 employees and an annual turnover of around 300 million SEK. Our headquarters is located in Malung, but the heart of our operations is in our stores. We are now looking for someone to join our team in Vansbro. About the Role As a building materials sales associate with us, you will be an important part of our team. The work consists mainly of sales/purchasing, customer service and planning where you meet both DIY enthusiasts and professional customers in their projects. You have a strong sense of sales, customer service and are business-minded in your approach. You need to be driven and have a well-developed sense of order and organization combined with administrative skills, where some computer experience is required. You thrive in an environment where change and development are not feared. We believe you have previously worked in the building materials or retail industry, and experience with quotation work is a merit. We work as a team and in addition to our individual responsibilities, we help each other where needed. Great emphasis is placed on your personal qualities such as social competence, organizational skills, strong collaboration abilities and initiative. You don't need to know everything from the start – but you need to be willing to learn. About the Position The position is full-time and will, after a probationary period, be a permanent employment.
