Professionals Nord is seeking a senior construction project manager on behalf of AFRY. This assignment is part of our staffing services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at AFRY for 12 months. The intention is that you could eventually become directly employed by them, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Responsibilities
In your role as senior construction project manager, you are responsible for leading and driving construction projects in industry. You have a central role in project execution and work closely with customers, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure that projects are delivered according to established goals.
Examples of responsibilities:
Lead and drive construction projects through all project phases
Responsible for planning, monitoring, and execution of projects regarding timeline, quality, and budget
Coordinate and lead dialogue between client, contractors, and other project stakeholders
Work in a business-oriented manner by developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the organization's continued development
What We're Looking For
We believe that your personal qualities are decisive for how well you will thrive in the role at AFRY. We are looking for someone with solid experience in construction project management in industry who enjoys leading complex projects and teams. You have at least a higher engineering degree or equivalent and broad experience from the construction sector. We would prefer that you have previously worked as a project manager, contractor, consultant, BAS-P/BAS-U, client, or in a similar role. You have good market knowledge, a strong network, and are motivated by developing both business and operations.
As a person, you are driven, engaged, and have a natural ability to build trust. You are responsive, diplomatic, and enjoy collaborating while maintaining a clear focus on results. You are business-oriented, communicative, and understand the importance of the consultant role in client relations. The role involves travel as needed, which means you are flexible and comfortable working in different locations over periods.
