Your Role
As a Construction Worker at Rönnskär, you will have a central role in creating a safe, functional, and sustainable facility. You will work with a broad range of construction-related tasks and support the entire operation with both maintenance and various types of construction projects. This role is perfect for you if you thrive in a varied environment where you can use both your technical skills and your ability to find solutions in everyday situations.
We offer a 6-month temporary position with good opportunities for extension. The position is based during daytime hours and on-call duty is part of the role.
Your Team
You will become part of the Building and Property team, where you work together with 12 dedicated and experienced construction workers. Together, you support all of Rönnskär with various construction-related work and contribute to the operation running safely and efficiently.
Your Tasks
As a construction worker, you will work with various construction tasks within Rönnskär's operations. The work includes preventive and corrective maintenance, new construction, and adaptations of buildings and facilities. You will also perform scaffold construction, fabrication of materials, and various carpentry work. In addition, you will contribute to the team's ongoing development work and actively participate in meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:
High school education in construction and building or equivalent professional experience.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Class B driver's license.
Experience with construction or scaffold work is meriting, but we also welcome you who are at the beginning of your career and have the right educational background. It is also meriting if you have training or certification in:
Scaffold construction up to 9 meters
Mobile work platforms
Safe lifting
Fall protection
Forklift certification
