No. 40003619950 SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER / E (Brīvības iela 191, Riga) We will entrust you with: preparing technical documentation (sketches/diagrams, design and work specifications, technical specifications) for repairs, design and construction work, procurement organizing, supervising and controlling design work, reviewing documentation organizing, supervising and controlling repair and construction work, reviewing documentation controlling the fulfillment of design and construction contracts, informing management about the progress of processes, discrepancies and deficiencies organizing and conducting site inspections, compiling the results obtained, preparing reports You will be the right fit if you have: academic or second-level professional higher education in architecture or construction, or in engineering sciences and technologies professional experience in construction for at least one year state language level C1 or education obtained in the state language good skills in working with MS Office programs and AutoCAD ability to develop, review and work with technical documentation valid and active architect practice or construction practice certificate desired experience in construction project management desired BIM skills desired category B driver's license We offer you: health insurance policy after six months of work paid additional vacation and welfare support program for you and your family sports and recreation activities professional and personal development training monthly salary €2420, if your education, knowledge and experience meet the job requirements, and a bonus of up to 10% of quarterly salary allowance of €52.50 for education corresponding to the profession, if your education meets the construction industry general agreement requirements Send CV to [email protected] by September 30, 2026.
