What you will do We don't expect you to have any previous experience in optometry. You will participate in an introductory course where you'll learn about the eyecare industry and how we work. After the course, you will be the expert that customers meet in our store in Östersund. This means that you: welcome customers, explain why it's so important to have an eye exam and explain our concept and offers; help customers find the right frames, lenses and/or contact lenses – based on the optician's recommendations; ensure customers leave the store with a smile on their faces – and that they'll be happy to come back; are an ambassador for Specsavers' mission to make better eye health accessible to all. Who you are possibly with a few years of work experience in retail. Eager to learn new things, develop your skills and grow within your role.
